Elastosil M 4642 US                                                 



Elastosil M 4642 US A/B is an RTV-2 silicone rubber well suited to Mold Making applications.  It's a pourable, addition-curing, very high strength silicone that can be vulcanized at room temperature, or at elevated temperatures to increase the rate of cure.


  •  cures to nominal 37 duro Shore A hardness
  •  very good flow
  •  non-shrink cure at room temperature
  •  cure can be accelerated by the application of heat
  •  excellent long-term stability of cured product's mechanical properties
  •  suitable for reproducing models with undercuts that will be reproduced in casting resin
